High School Student Athlete Leadership Workshop

This workshop is for high school athletes, coaches and parents.  It teaches athletes how to become leaders and what it takes to be great leaders and great followers.   You must have both to become a successful team. They learn Emotional Intelligence and how it is used to lead and gain respect as a leader as they are extensions of their head coaches.  They will learn the traits of a great team.

They will also gain a great understanding of the pressure that a leader endures and the sacrifices they have to make. They will also get insight as to why sports is the best metaphor to teach leadership as it prepares you for leading in the real world.
