Career transition is a problem worth solving!

Updated: Mar 27, 2023

Career transitioners you have a problem worth solving.

Financial concerns, job uncertainty and fear of failure are all common challenges you face when choosing or changing your career. The truth is, no one knows what the world will look like10 or 15 years from now.

Millions of employees are unhappy in their current jobs. A 2019 survey conducted by Indeed found that nearly half of U.S. workers have changed careers over the past years. Some wanted bigger paychecks or greater flexibility, while others were looking to grow professionally. About 78 percent of respondents said they no longer felt satisfied with their work.

No matter how complex the circumstances were surrounding a particular career problem, it still boiled down to one of these four major challenges.

1. Career setback.

2. No career direction.

3. Desire to change direction.

4. Anxious to accelerate.

I have a 12-week program that will help you achieve that next level of your career. You will build accountability and discipline to achieve your goals.
